Cancellation Policy

• Reservations must be cancelled by 11:00 a.m. no less than ten (10) days prior to your scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed by us immediately and are typically received within 1-2 business days. 

• Reservations cancelled by 11:00 a.m. no less than six (6) days before your expected arrival date will be charged a $20.00 service fee and have the remainder of your deposit refunded immediately. 

• CUSTOMERS WHO CANCEL RESERVATIONS AFTER 11:00 A.M. ON, OR LESS THAN,  SIX (6) DAYS FROM THEIR SCHEDULED ARRIVAL DATE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR DEPOSIT RETURNS. THESE DEPOSITS WILL REMAIN IN GOOD STANDING TO BE APPLIED FOR ANY RETURN VISIT ONLY DURING THE CAMPING SEASON FOR WHICH THE DEPOSIT WAS ORIGINALLY MADE. 

***Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled arrival date, without calling to modify their reservation, will forfeit their full deposit amount. 

***Early departures, or site availability being compromised, due to flooding will have their remaining number of days credited on file with us for use at any time within the camping season for which the initial reservation was made. 

***Individuals removed from Ozark Riverfront Campground for non-compliance, regarding rules, regulations, and policies at Ozark Riverfront Campground, will not be eligible for a refund in any amount.
