***CLEAN SITE DEPOSIT: THERE WILL BE A $20, CASH ONLY, DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR EACH CAMPSITE RESERVED. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED ON THE DAY OF YOUR DEPARTURE AFTER YOUR CAMPSITE IS INSPECTED BY OUR STAFF FOR CLEANLINESS AND DAMAGE. CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00 A.M. ON THE DAY OF YOUR DEPARTURE. GUESTS WHO LEAVE THEIR SITE AS THEY FOUND IT WILL RECIEVE THEIR DEPOSIT BACK IN-FULL AT THE TIME OF THEIR DEPARTURE.


***Can firewood be brought into the campground?***

A: NO. Due to the devastation caused by the Emerald Ash Borer we DO NOT allow any firewood to be brought into our location by customers. We have firewood for sale by the office.****


  • How are the RV sites positioned within the property?

A:

  1. RV sites 1-11 are pull-through sites and have full hook-ups for Power, Water, and Sewer on site.
  2.  Sites 12-15 are back-in sites with Power and Water Only for RV camping. 
  3. Sites 16-25 are back-in sites and have full hook-ups for Power, Water, and Sewer on site. 
  4. All RV sites are equipped with a 50/30/20amp electrical service box for ease of use.
  5.  We do have a dump station which is easily accessible if a guest reserves a site without a sewer connection (SITES 12-15). The entire RV section can be see in the pictures on this website. 


  •   Are reservations required?

A: No. We recommend that reservations be made a minimum of 2 weeks before your expected arrival time if you have a large group or are wanting to reserve a specific site. Reserving a site will require a 50% deposit to be paid at the time the reservation is made. **Please read cancellation policy regarding reservations. 

  • Are reservation holders allowed to have guests/visitors on the campground?

A: Yes. All guests of customers must check in at the office upon arrival. There is a fee of $10 per day applied for each adult guests upon arrival. They will receive a day pass wristband and it must be worn while on Ozark Riverfront Campground property.

  • Is there a bathroom or shower facility?

A: Yes, we have both. The facility has 2 separate sides (men's/women's), both with 5 walk-in showers with hot water and a private changing area along with 5 commode stalls with flushing commodes. The location of the facility allows easy access from any area of the campground. 

  • Are grills provided on campsites?

A: No. Each site/camping group will be provided with a fire ring which any large grill grate will fit on. We do have some grill grates for use by guests and they are available upon request. Customers are encouraged to bring their own grills or campfire grill-grates for ease of use. 

  • Does every site have a picnic table?

A: We have many picnic tables for our guests to enjoy and we hope to always have 1 on each site. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE SITE YOU RESERVE MAY NOT HAVE A PICNIC TABLE ON IT.  We do recommend that guests bring extra tables if they expect to need them. 

  • What time is check-in/check-out?

A: Check-in will be open from 2:00 p.m.- 10:00 p.m.

     Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

Early check-in and late check-out will be based on site availability and we will do our best to accommodate either. There will be a $15 early check-in fee for each site wishing to check in before 2:00 p.m... Guests who desire a late checkout time can inquire about availability in the office. If late checkout is available on that site, there will be a $15 fee, per site,  and their checkout time will be extended to 3pm.

  • Are pets allowed on the campground?

A: Yes. All pets must be kept on a leash at all times. All pet waste must be bagged and disposed of immediately, no exceptions. 

  • Is there a "quiet time".

A: ABSOLUTELY! Quiet hours on the campground are 11:00 p.m.- 6:30 a.m. and will be STRICTLY enforced by our on-site security detail.  We pride ourselves in the ability to allow our customers to enjoy themselves while still promoting a safe, fun, and family orientated atmosphere. Guests who are not courteous to others, acting belligerent, or not complying with ANY of our policies will be forced to leave immediately. Those removed from the property due to non-compliance will receive no refund and will be permanently banned from the premises.  

  • How do I make floating reservations?

A: We offer turn-key floating service through The Landing at our location. Guests wishing to float will be picked up at the campground, taken over to The Landing to pay their fees, be taken upstream to their desired put-in point, and they can float right back into the campground. We recommend that floaters with large groups or those requesting rafts or kayaks call The Landing and reserve their floating equipment before their expected arrival date.   • How many tents fit on 1 tent camping site?

A: Most tent sites have enough room for 2 large tents and 2 vehicles. Additional vehicle parking is available by the office. 

  • How big is an RV campsite?

A: Most sites will accommodate a large RV and 2 vehicles. Additional vehicle parking is available by the office. 

  • ATV UTV Four-wheeler Golf Cart Policy.

A: We do allow the use of personal ATV/UTV vehicles by guests. We do not allow vehicles with loud exhaust. No riding in the campground after dark, NO EXCEPTIONS. Golf Carts are allowed and will fall under the same policy. This policy subject to change without warning and can be revoked at any time at our discretion. 

  • Is there a designated swimming/lounging area?

A: Yes. We have a great private river access point that are shallow and perfect for swimming or lounging and easily accessible for children. These access points are only available to registered guests and visitors of Ozark Riverfront Campground. 

  • Distance to gas stations or restaurants.

A: Our convenient location is within walking distance several amenities in Van Buren including gas stations, gift shops, and restaurants.
