Your Stay at Ozark Riverfront Campground
v ALL GUESTS AND VISITORS MUST CHECK-IN AT OFFICE IMMEDIETLY UPON ARRIVAL. Failure to do so may result in removal from the premises.
Ø Check-in Time is 2:00PM-10:30PM Check-out Time is 11:00AM.
Ø Early Check-in, if available, allows guests to check-in any time after 9:00AM for a $15.00 fee. Late
check-out, if available, allows guests to check-out any time before 2:00PM for a $15.00 fee.
Ø Two-night minimum stay is required on weekends.
Ø Campers must stop and display your camper pass when re-entering the campground.
Ø Quiet hours are from 10:30PM to 7:30AM.
Ø All guest’s equipment and litter must be removed from site by time of departure. Check-out is 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.
Ø You will forfeit the $20 Clean Site Deposit if site is left littered or unkempt. You must come to the office before 11:00 a.m. to collect your clean site deposit. Fires must be completely extinguished, and the fire ring should be clean of all trash and debris.
Ø Reservations are accepted starting January 1 for the camping season during that calendar year
Ø Sites will not be held without payment under any circumstances.
Ø No Tiny Houses. Management reserves the right to deny camping or remove campers should the guest’s camping unit cause a nuisance to other guests within the campground or injury to person or property.
Ø TENTS: All tent camping sites are not the same size; some sites are smaller than others. We recommend allowing for 2-3 tents/canopies per tent camping site, this is truly only based on the size of the tents. If you expect to need more room to accommodate more tents/canopies, reserve an additional site.
Ø PARKING: Maximum three (3) motorized vehicles per site (excluding camping unit). All parking is confined to the guest’s site or the designated parking areas by the office. Parking on the grass, road shoulder or unoccupied campsites is prohibited
Ø DAMAGES. The guest is responsible for any intentional, unintentional, or accidental damages caused by the guest or other person within their party. Repair or replacement of damaged property will be billed to the guest accordingly. This is the responsibility of the reservation holder of the site. Please report damages or maintenance issues to the Campground Office immediately so we have time to make repairs for you or the next guests arriving.
Ø SANITATION. All material or liquid waste generated by a guest must be disposed of properly. Most RV campsites are full hook-up (power, water, and sewer). We have four RV campsites with power and water ONLY. Trash dumpsters are provided and are located by the entrance of the campground for garbage/trash waste disposal. If a dumpster is full, please use one of the other dumpsters provided.
Ø RV and Vehicle MAINTENANCE: Washing of any vehicle or camping unit may only be performed by methods that do not require constant running water, e.g., a bucket and sponge. Draining of any fluid including oil, gasoline or grease, etc. is strictly prohibited.
Ø SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking in the bathroom/shower-house; our water heaters use propane. Any person found to be throwing cigarette butts on the ground will be given an opportunity to spend some time picking up cigarette butts. Any person who may feel like they want to litter their butts and not pick up any will be removed from the property immediately
Ø PETS:Pets must be kept on a leash and picked up after. Failure to pick up waste left by a pet is automatic grounds for removal from the property. Pet pens are allowed and must fit on the pet owner’s campsite. No running lines. Please do not leave your pets unattended.
Ø FIRES: Campfires are permitted in fire rings only. Open ground fires are strictly prohibited. All campfires and cooking fires must be extinguished at the end of the night following their use. It is against the law to collect firewood in the woods surrounding the campground.
Ø ALCOHOL: Glass containers are strictly prohibited anywhere on our beach area. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited on all roadways in the campground. Any alcohol related issue will be grounds for immediate removal from the campground.
Ø GOLF CARTS/ATV/UTV: Personal golf carts and atv/utv style vehicles are allowed in the campground. USE OF ANY OF THESE VEHICLES AFTER DARK IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. All vehicles must remain on roadways and are prohibited from driving on the grass. Drivers of any vehicle in the campground must be sixteen (16) years of age and have a valid driver’s license. Operating vehicles while consuming alcohol is prohibited.
Ø CHILDREN’S SAFETY:Observe posted speed limits of five (5) MPH and watch out for children at play. Children under twelve (12) are not to be left unattended and must be accompanied by an adult age eighteen (18) or older.
Ø PERSONAL ITEMS: Ozark Riverfront Campground is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Report any missing items to the Office. Items which are turned in are held at the Office thirty (30) days.
Ø Management has the right to change your site in case of emergency.
Ø NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
OZARK RIVERFRONT CAMPGROUND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE A CAMPER’S RESERVATION AT ITS DISCRETION FOR FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE POLICIES OF THE CAMPGROUND, LOCAL, STATE, OR FEDERAL LAW OR ANY OTHER REASON AS DETERMINED BY MANAGEMENT, STAFF, OR SERCURITY PERSONNELL.
